Brand new Hermès Birkin 30 Grizzly in Chamois suede and Gold Swift leather with gold hardware. Grizzly is the name Hermès gives to its own suede, introduced in 2012 on the Grizzly Birkin. It has a deeper, more pronounced nap than the house's classic Doblis suede, and here it covers the body of the bag, while smooth Swift leather is used for the flap, handles, sangles and piping. Chamois is a warm, sandy suede tone and Gold is the house's classic tan, so the two shades sit together naturally. Gold hardware keeps the whole bag warm. Like all suede, Grizzly builds character with wear, so each bag ages in its own way. Hermès produces it in small seasonal runs. At 30 cm, it is roomy enough for a full day.
